At BrandsRedChain, we stand behind the quality of our premium & quality products. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds on B2B wholesale, bulk, and export orders.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under these conditions:
✅ Defective/Damaged Products:

  • Report within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue.
    ✅ Incorrect Shipment:

  • Wrong product or quantity shipped (must notify within 48 hours).

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or private label orders.

  • Opened/used Shilajit containers.

  • Orders delayed by customs/transport issues.

 

2. Return Process

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email contact@brandsredchain.com with:

  • Order number & proof of defect (photos/video).

  • Business tax ID for verification.
    2️⃣ Approval: We’ll respond within 3 business days with return instructions.
    3️⃣ Ship Back: Send products to our approved facility (address provided).

  • Buyer covers return shipping unless the error was ours.

3. Refund Terms

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 14 business days via original payment method.

  • Partial Refunds: Issued if only part of the order is defective.

  • B2B Credit Option: Request store credit for future wholesale purchases.

4. International Returns (Export Orders)

  • Customs Fees: Buyer is responsible for any duties/taxes on returned items.

  • Documentation: Must include all original certificates and lab reports.

5. Quality Assurance

All products are pre-inspected and lab-tested before shipment. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s change of mind.

  • Improper storage/use of Products post-delivery.
